Terms and Conditions of collection
Cancellations
1.1 Please telephone us at least 1 hour before the time of your arranged collect time. If you have submitted the collection form and now whish to cancel please tell us when we ring to confirm. If we cannot contact you either by telephone or email to confirm the vehicle removal your vehicle will not be collected.
1.2 Failure to inform us that you do not want your vehicle collected could result in a £50 administration fee if not cancelled prior to our recovery vehicle leaving the depot. If cancelled on arrival you will be charged a standard recovery call out charge of £70.
Payments
1.3 We offer payment for the vehicles on the basis that the vehicle has a scrap value. We do not haggle on the price and an assessment will be made on the details submitted in the request form. If is discovered at the time of recovery that there is no scrap value in the vehicle we will remove the vehicle free of charge.
Legal
1.4 We can offer this service as we are a registered vehicle dismantles and a reliable family run company who will dispose of your unwanted vehicle in a legal and environmental way.
1.5 A copy of the DVLA ELV disposal certificate will be available from our main office on request
1.6 Jones Motor Spares (The Company) may revise terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting.
